Frequently asked questions

How often SHOULD I DO SESSIONS?

Most Studio P clients train 1–3 times per week, depending on their schedule and goals. Some women come in for a season (like getting strong postpartum or preparing for an event) while others stay longterm beyond their initial goals because they enjoy the progress and accountability.

Can I train while pregnant or postpartum?

Yes, within your provider’s guidance. Your exercise programming will be adapted for symptoms, energy, and recovery so you can train confidently and safely.

What should I wear/bring?

Simply bring yourself in comfortable clothes, a pair of socks, and some water. We train without street shoes at Studio P to improve balance and posture, and to preserve the calm and clean feel of the studio. Everything else is provided for you!
